Fulfillment especialist
Ensures efficient management of orders, shipments, and inventory, optimizing logistics processes with accuracy, results-driven focus, teamwork, and bilingual communication.
Role Purpose
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, maintaining full traceability and adherence to quality standards. This role plays a key part in coordinating logistics and warehouse operations to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, packaging, and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams to handle the reception, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products.
- Track and update inventory, shipment, and order data using internal management systems (WMS, ERP, Excel, or similar).
- Monitor fulfillment KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery times, returns, and discrepancies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational flow and accuracy.
- Maintain clear bilingual (Spanish/English) communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, warehouse best practices, and company quality standards.
- Support in the preparation of operational reports and perform basic data analysis related to order volume, fulfillment rate, and returns.
- Participate in inventory management, control, and reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- Education: Technical, professional, or high school diploma with relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in fulfillment, logistics, or related operational areas.
- Knowledge of WMS systems, Excel, and order management or ERP tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent English (B2–C1).
