Office supervisor - Logistics PEREIRA

We’re looking for an Office Supervisor  someone with strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience in international logistics  to help us ensure efficient operations, aligned teams, and top-tier service for our global clients.

What will you be doing?

- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day office operations.

- Lead and support the internal team by assigning tasks and fostering a positive work culture.

- Manage communication with international clients and agents.

- Ensure all internal processes, policies, and quality standards are met.

- Prepare reports, manage databases, and support the network’s operational needs.

- Organize meetings, events, and special activities.

- Represent RAM with professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- 2+ years of experience in international freight logistics (air, sea, or land).

- Advanced English (spoken and written). 

- Strong leadership, communication, and service orientation.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, Excel, communication platforms).

- A proactive, ethical attitude and eagerness to grow.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience with freight forwarder networks or international client support.

- Knowledge of corporate event or conference planning.

- Studies in international trade, logistics, or related fields.
