We're looking for a Case Manager who doesn't just track cases, but owns the process — anticipating risks, driving communication, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between attorneys, clients, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage assigned legal cases from intake to closure, ensuring deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently met
Act as the primary point of contact between attorneys, clients, and internal teams — communicating clearly, professionally, and proactively
Review and quality-control legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards
Monitor case milestones and critical dates; proactively escalate risks, delays, or discrepancies before they become problems
Maintain case management systems fully updated and organized at all times
Contribute to operational performance reporting and process improvement initiatives
HARD REQUIREMENTS (Please do not apply if you don't meet these)
English level C1 or above — you must be able to communicate fluently in writing and verbally with English-speaking attorneys and clients
2+ years of experience in legal case management, legal support, or an LPO/BPO legal environment
Solid understanding of legal workflows, documentation processes, and compliance standards
Proficiency with case management tools (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under pressure
Availability to work aligned with U.S. time zones (EST/CST)
NICE TO HAVE
Experience supporting U.S., UK, or international legal practices
Background in litigation, personal injury, corporate law, or regulatory compliance
Prior experience in high-volume, SLA-driven legal operations environments
