This is a high-performance role, not a typical customer service job.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 7:45 PM
1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks
You will be on back-to-back calls for most of your shift while entering information in real time.
This role is not compatible with ongoing studies or second jobs
What You’ll Do
Handle continuous calls with U.S.-based customers
Gather detailed business information with high accuracy
Enter data in real time while actively speaking with customers
Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift
Follow structured processes and documentation protocols
Perform under pressure without compromising quality
What You Need
Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
Experience in call centers or high-volume environments
Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
High attention to detail under pressure
Ability to stay focused for extended periods
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
Compensation
Salary: $2,800,000 COP
