Appointment Setter — CRM & Email Outreach (Medellín)
This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be working with an existing database, using well-crafted emails and structured follow-ups to generate responses and book meetings.
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter focused on CRM and email outreach to re-engage existing leads and turn them into qualified meetings.
If you understand how to write messages that get replies, manage multiple conversations, and use CRM tools effectively, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Execute re-engagement email campaigns to existing leads
Write personalized email sequences to book qualified meetings
Track and manage all interactions داخل the CRM
Identify outreach opportunities based on lead behavior and history
Coordinate calendars and confirm meetings
Report weekly metrics (emails sent, reply rate, meetings booked)
Requirements
Must have:
B2 English (strong written communication)
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, etc.)
Ability to write clear, concise, action-driven emails
Experience managing multiple leads simultaneously
Availability for onsite training (first month)
Availability to attend office 1 day per week after training
Nice to have:
Experience as Appointment Setter, SDR, or similar
Experience with email automation tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Mailshake, etc.)
Basic knowledge of lead segmentation

💻 Remote after training (1 day onsite per week)
📍 Onsite training during first month.
