Pre-Installation Support Specialist (Hybrid)
This is not a basic support role, it requires ownership, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple active cases at the same time.
Salary: $3,000,000 COP
Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site / 3 days remote)
Training: 1 month fully on-site (mandatory)
About the role
We are hiring a Pre-Installation Support Specialist to work directly with international clients, guiding them through the pre-installation process and ensuring everything is ready before go-live.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously during the pre-installation phase
• Guide clients through checklists and required documentation
• Identify missing requirements and follow up until completion
• Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for implementation
What we’re looking for
• Advanced English (B2+ or higher) with real client interaction
• Experience handling active cases (support, onboarding, customer success or similar)
• Experience using ticketing systems or structured workflows (CRM, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple processes without losing detail
• Ability to explain processes clearly to non-technical clients
• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple priorities
