Freight Pricing Specialist (Air, Ocean & Inland)

Work with a U.S.-based logistics operation handling high-volume freight quotations. This role is designed for professionals who can operate with speed, accuracy, and structure in pricing environments.

📍 Medellín, Colombia | 🏠 Hybrid (1 day WFH)
🕒 Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Points

  • High-volume quoting environment

  • Exposure to Air, Ocean, and Inland freight

  • Direct interaction with global teams

  • Structured processes and KPIs

What you’ll do

  • Prepare freight quotations across Air, Ocean, and Inland

  • Ensure same-day turnaround (Air) and 24h (Ocean when needed)

  • Coordinate with carriers and vendors for rates

  • Maintain accurate records in pricing systems

  • Support sales teams and global stakeholders

  • Prioritize workload based on urgency and complexity

  • Escalate complex cases when required

Requirements

Must have:

  • 1–3 years in freight pricing or logistics quoting

  • Experience with Air, Ocean or Inland freight

  • Intermediate Excel

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Advanced English

Nice to have:

  • CargoWise, Cargosphere, WebCargo
