What you’ll actually do
Own the full recruitment cycle for bilingual BPO roles
Source and headhunt candidates like it’s your second nature
Move fast on pipelines and keep roles filled, not “open”
Screen candidates in English (no scripts, real conversations)
Use ATS like a control tower, not a checklist
Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving
Track candidates, follow up, and don’t let talent go cold
Help us build smarter ways to attract bilingual profiles
What we need from you
English B2+ (you can hold your ground in real conversations)
1+ year recruiting for BPO roles in English
Experience in sourcing + headhunting (not just posting jobs)
Solid ATS handling
Comfortable working with high-volume hiring
Strong communication and speed of execution
Tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Computrabajo, etc. are your playground
