About the role

We're looking for a Senior Angular Development Engineer to join a long-term web project (+1 year). You'll build feature-rich, well-tested frontend applications and integrate them with backend services across different API protocols.

What you'll do

• Develop high-performance web applications using Angular v17+

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests with Karma, Jasmine, and Protractor

• Consume and integrate REST, GraphQL, and SOAP APIs

• Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend best practices

• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams in an agile environment

• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions

Requirements

Must have:

• Higher technical degree or university degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, or Telecommunications

• 3+ years of hands-on Angular experience (v17 or above)

• Testing experience: Karma, Jasmine, Protractor

• API integration: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML/XSD, JSON

• Git

• English B2 (you'll communicate directly with international stakeholders)

• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Nice to have:

• Agile / Scrum methodology

• HTML, CSS, Sass for polished UI work

• React or Vue.js exposure

• Data visualization or Kibana experience

Conditions

Modality: Hybrid — 2 days in office, rest from home

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Salary: $6,500,000 COP

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: Long-term (+1 year, with continuation)

Languages: English B2 required / Spanish B2 preferred
