Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential customers from a provided list, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
Introduce the company's products or services professionally.
Qualify potential customers by asking relevant questions.
Schedule appointments for the sales team based on customer availability.
Update customer information and appointment details in the CRM.
Follow established call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Requirements
Previous experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center environments.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Persuasive and confident communication style.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Employment Conditions
Salary: COP $2,300,000 + Transportation Allowance + All legal benefits according to Colombian labor law.
Employment Type: Indefinite-Term Contract.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Miami Time).
